Course description

This course, designed specifically for teenagers, aims to raise awareness and train adolescents in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). In 4 hours, participants will learn how to respond to cardiac arrest, perform effective chest compressions, and use an AED safely. This practical and accessible training enables young people to develop vital skills to intervene quickly in an emergency and save lives.
